The reason why pe protective film go to deformation.

PE Protection Tape widely used in building material industry.

      In order to protect building material surface escape staubbelastung and scraping druing transport and setup. Factury usually use Protective tape for temporary protection.

       At the same time in received a large number of order, Protection Film factory have to face many problem about the goods quality. One of these is the rolls deformation, like the follow picture,

So,How to solver this issue?

1.Release the protective Film tension.

2.Cut down the protection roll's length. ex. put the 500M/roll cut down to 250M/roll.

3.Increase the protective tape's width.

Rolls deformation will not happend, provided factory master the above there points.
